While I am fairly pleased with the end results, this one has been a huge challenge that I am ready to move on from. I AM NOT ACCEPTING ANY MORE ORDERS!!! IF YOU HAVE NOT ORDERED AND PAID YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!!! IF YOU ASKED ME TO HOLD ONE FOR YOU AND YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!!! To put it simply, I am completely tapped out and can not afford to order anymore metal parts, resin, rubber or anything, let alone anything else life throws at one on any given day. While I hope do do a few kits, this will only be a hobby for me in the future. I SHOULD ADD THAT THE COMPLETION AND SHIPPING OF THIS PROJECT IS MADE POSSIBLE BY TWO VERY GOOD FRIENDS WHOM I OWE GREATLY!!

Wow, that thing just looks...right! Sorry this one has been such a bear for you, Lance, but believe me, it is appreciated. If this is truly the end of the line for Sellers Resin, so be it. You have improved many a collection and display case over the years, thanks! Take a long break and see how things shake out, I do the same with my hobbies frequently, as well as money-making efforts.

I am so glad and eternally grateful that you soldiered through this kit! This kit I believe will be one of your crowning achievements! I know when you do one of these kits it takes a lot out of you, but please don't ever stop making kits! Please take some time off, recharge your batteries and get us excited again in the future with another one of your beauties! Also, a great big THANK YOU from me!

This is what happens when you get old, I was well into this when I realized I had forgotten the scoops that set atop the winglets. My first reaction was to not worry about it but it kept gnawing at me, so I made one up this morning, will cast it up later today.  |

Decals have arrived and the instructions will go to the printer this weekend, windshields are the last thing to do. I hope to start mailing late next week. Once I start shipping it should take no more than a week to get all orders in the mail. I wish to thank Everyone who ordered this kit for having patience with me while I have fussed over this kit and taken way to long to get it done. Lance

Great to hear Lance. Every one of your kits is worth the wait.
I do hope you will continue to provide us with your most excellent kits, even on a limited basis. I was kinda looking forward to the 67 Gerhardt / Offy.

So after adding the scoops shown in the photos above (they are on the restored car) , I can find no photographic evidence that the 70-71 cars ever ran with theses scoops. In fact, I think the ones on the restored car are just for show as they do not connect to anything. Scoops did show up after the car qualified in 70 but they were very different in appearance than what is currently on the restored car. My advice is to skip the modifications to the winglets and installation of the scoops that will come with this kit.

So the clear plastic I was told I could use for vacuforming seems to ignite and burn rather than melt when heat is applied. More money down the crapper, will look for a new supplier again come Monday, and yes things are delayed until this is straightened out.

The new plastic worked great, I will have kits available to be picked up this Sat. at the memorabilia show (I am taking the orders for people I usually see at the show). All other kits will be mailed next Wed.
