OK...I can see them now. It was on my end. Congratulations on the 3 2nd place finishes, Mr.Indy, well deserved.

That’s lovely. I greatly enjoyed that kit and would like to build a late version sometime to go with my early version.

My latest creation. This is a little gem of kit from Escuderia24. It is a 1/43 Kurtis 500 driven by Tony Bettenhausen in the Carrera PanAmericana race. I've always wondered why there has never been a 1/25 scale version of these real cool Kurtis sports cars.

My entry in last weekend 24 hour build. This is another Lindberg kit dirt modified. It's not an exact replica of Parnelli's modified but definitely where the inspiration came from. Many parts from spares box, ALPS printed decals and a few Red Bulls to keep me going over 24 hrs.

My first completion of 2024. Dan Gurney's 1967 Eagle SPA winner. 1/43 SMTS kit. MCW Gurney blue metallic lacquer, reprinted decals on ALPS. The suspension is a bit fiddley. I ditched the cast metal screen and used some fine screen bent over the injectors.

Finished this fun little Fiat Topollino for the annual 24 hour build challenge. This is the Atlantis kit painted with 1975 BMW Jade Green Metallic PPG lacquer. The small block chevy came from the parts bin and is wired. The front tyres and wheels are from the kit and the rears from Revell parts pack. Injectors are turned aluminum. I made the decals on the ALPS for Kermits Speed Shop and Muffler, although hard to see in this photo good ole Kermie is on the nose..."No Muff Too Tuff".
