Making a Honda?? But why the heck did you waste a good plain white autograph car?!??! I use those to save on stripping priming and white base coating. Just a light sand and it's perfect to apply the next color. My heart hurts lol

Well, my first reaction is that Calvin is not listening to Obi-Wan, and has been seduced by the "dark side" However I think that Stu, and anyone else who wants a Honda Indy conversion, will soon have life much easier.

There is a reason for my madness today! I'm kind of a politician - I can be bought out! At first I might say never but if the right kick back comes along then well, it can be done!

Calvin - I have tons of pics with the shape of the Honda pods if you want them. *note* it's curved on the inside part as well.

I told some people behind the scenes that the side pods were going to be separate but I changed my mind as I studied it more I realized it was going to make it more difficult that way, also take more rubber to mold two separate side pods. So basically I'm just going to do the whole section altogether - all the holes and bolt holes studs will be in the same spot.

Here is some FAST pics of it so far.....sometimes I take pics to look at it and study, just because its easier to see the body lines and shapes in a 2 dimension setting......I still need to sculpt out the front of the side pods (Round the edge down) and equal out the rear kick ups the right rear is still kinda funky (left kick up in the pic).....As far as I'm concerned the rear engine cover is almost ready to be molded - just need more clean up and sharpening and I'd say its close. I'm going as fast as the putty and primer let me.

How hard would it be to cast these in 1:64 scale.

How hard would it be to cast these in 1:64 scale. No! Terry! Don't ask me that question right now! LOL! I'm overwhelmed right now! (Your OK - it wouldn't be that hard - I'd just have to make the master)

Besides you don't need sleep and you should take pity on an senile old man. Oh Terry, I know you're just joking. I don't know. I'm working on the 1/64 bumpers here and there but my main focus right now is the bigger scale stuff as that's where 98% of my business comes from. Building 1/64 stuff is a labor of love.
