Fantastic work. How are you cutting the solid block down? Hand tools? Lathe? Jordan A steady hand ....a Dremel and the sculpting tools that you can buy for it along with A LOT of patience.

The new picots next to the kit supplied versions. A marked improvement in my opinion.

One of the features of this kit that bother me a lot is the scale 3 inch thick windscreen.

I have decided to make my own and change the configuration slightly. It will be nice looking with a thin coat of Tamiya clear smoke layed on it.

The front uprights are in the process of being carved out and sitting next to the kit version. These new hub carriers will be completely brand new with little if ANY of the kit plastic being used.

It would be wonderful if you had a photo album where we could go to and look at the photos in larger size. There's so much to learn......this is a whole another level than almost any model I've seen.

Your model is going to look more real than the real car. (Does that make sense? )

The final adjustments have been made to the new pivots and they will retain this shape.

The axles are a bit long at this point but I am going to keep them this way until I have the suspension versions completed. Yes, I am doing two versions to see which one will work best.
