1977 Al Loquasto McLaren Decals

Hello,

Fathers day is just around the corner, and I wanted to build a model for my dad. I may have bitten off more than I could chew and just asked him what car he wanted, his response was Al Loquasto's '77 Frostie Root Beer McLaren. As far as I know, there are no decals for this car. I found a forum post of someone selling them on here in 2012, but they were 1:18 and that user no longer exists on the forum. I'd really like to build this car for him, but I have no idea how to get decals. I could make them on my own, but I'm a college student without funds to buy a printer that prints white. Any ideas? 

Here's the car. The hardest part would be to get the little pin stripe right.

An easier solution would be to paint the car white, mask off the appropriate parts and paint it yellow. That way you could print the decals on any ink jet printer.  Just a thought.
