Hahahhaha! I love Art's new Avatar pic! There must be more of a story behind it? Well, not much of a story, but my wife is a scrapbooking consultant with a product company in her spare time and has a small team of other consultants under her. They do a lot of things as a team. My stepson is a talented artist, so my wife had him draw caricatures of all of them that they used for some display cards at craft shows. They turned out really cool, so she had him draw one of me too. I thought it was perfect and liked it a lot, so I'm using it for my avatars!

I decided to separate the fenders from the body so that it mat be displayed a bit better. They will however be able to be reattached with the hood.

Great looking build. Trust Me, I have a fully restored "E" body in my garage. Did it myself (sans body work)
Your plug wires look out of scale. Don't know why but they dominate from a visual perspective.

hey art, is that paint on a brush or blood on a knife in you avatar? duane Ha! Well, Duane, it could easily be both. I have had the knife roll off the table into my leg, sticking straight up! I don't think you're truly a modeler until something like that happens. Nice update!

I don't think you're truly a modeler until something like that happens. Well if that's the case I don't want to be a true modeler......I have never cut myself with the knife and NEVER will!

Just this week, I managed to super glue my X=ACTO to my glass-topped work table. I forced it up with a razor blade, and it rolled off the bench. I, of course, grabbed for it to keep it from striking my leg (done that), and sliced the palm of my hand. To paraphrase the motorcycle community: There are two types of modelers--those who have gashed themselves, and those that are going to gash themselves.

Calvin, then I certainly stand corrected, because you're a true modeler if I ever saw one, but a very lucky one at that!

Well you all.....I am back with another series of shots for the General. I decided I didn't want a normal looking hood with all of the power in this car so I put a very unique scopp on it. Some I've talked to hate it and some love it. I like it.

This took a lot of time to put together....now that we are past that and into the final stages it should go pretty quickly.
