I just put the finishing touches on Bob Wollek’s Porsche 935. He piloted this machine in the 1977 DRM Championship, finishing second in the final point standings to Rolf Stommelen. It’s a total out-of-the-box build of the Beemax/Aoshima Porsche 935 kit. It is as good a kit as I’ve ever built. The glass went in as easily as I’ve ever experienced and the roll cage fits the body really well. It’s snug under the body and looks like a driver could realistically fit in the cockpit. I painted the body Tamiya TS Cobalt Green. I used Indycals Goodyear sports car tire decals, which fit the tires perfectly. I really enjoyed this car and I thank you for looking!

Nice work, Jerry! The rail seems to be holding up well.

That is high praise on a kit but you cannot argue with these great results. Great job, Jerry.

Beautiful build of a very attractive car! If I didn't already have the Tamiya 1/20th kit of this car in the Vaillant markings built up in my display case, your build would make me want to do it using the Beemax kit. Thanks for sharing, Jerry. Cameron
