flat paint jobs are pretty intensive.
1. strip paint
2. sand and clean car
3. primer
4. gloss black
5. decals
6. decals solvent
7. high gloss clear
8. flat clear x2

I absolutely love this scheme! But also the magic of making it flat with decals! I plan to do a Blog post on this.
In order to get a flat finish, you must give it a good gloss job, FIRST! LOL
