Newgarden 2016 Texas (Fuzzy's Vodka)

After nearly two years, I have FINALLY finished this one. Here is Josef Newgarden's 2016 Fuzzy's Vodka car, in which he had his massive crash that resulted in a broken hand and collarbone. I have always liked the way the paint looked on this car versus the traditional dark green Fuzzy's car. The green on this car is actually the same "Synergy Green" paint that appears on the modern generation of Chevy Camaro, which was somewhat costly to replicate. Besides this, the Gold Striping of the ECR cars of this era is always such a pain to recreate. Between the section breaks and the transition from vertical to horizontal makes it a real headache to lay these decals down. Glad you kept on this one, it turned out really nice. Fuzzy's had some beautiful paintjob in IndyCar, shame to see them no longer in the sport.

Thanks! They are decals, which was what made this car such a challenge. The fact that they are long, move from a vertical position to a horizontal position, and transition across either side of the the shock cover caused me no shortage of frustration. Gary at GWS Decals is the real MVP of this build for putting up with me constantly screwing these up.
