I thought I'd say hello given I'm new! The I've been an open wheel racing fan for most of my life - my birthday falls on Memorial Day weekend and I've made it my birthday tradition to watch the Indy 500 and my favorite drivers like Rick Mears, Johnny Rutherford, and Bobby Rahal just to name a few. But it wasn't until Champcar that my yearly tradition became an obsession and I started following the a new breed of drivers, and of all those drivers Greg Moore was my all time favorite and Paul Tracy took a close second, but the most impressive thing for me were the cars of the Champcar era! I was a model builder when I was younger, and now tha i am semi retired I've gotten back into building kits but spending more time on the detail of each car! I Love the 70's and 80's Indy and Formula one cars and I primarily build Tamiya kits. Thank you for your time and I'd also like to thank chaparral2k for introducing me to this forum!
