Hi friends, Another scratch with an old Scalex slot car in 1/32 scale. The donor : The two strips of fluo paint at 1/32 are not easy to do correctly. And now on the track Decals are from Indycals. The varnish is gunze top coat m501. It does not react, neither with the primers, nor with the paintings, nor with the decals. Thank you for looking. Jean

Nice work. Good to see a Menards car after Sunday, shows just how close he got a few times to Indy glory.
I was rooting for Robby that day. Sad to see him a gallon short.

Thank you Jordan. I'm glad that a French guy (Simon) won after so many more years in a Menards. Could someone give me info on the color of Robby's helmet that year? (1999), I did not find anything on the net. Thank you in advance. Jean

Thank you Jordan, I feel that it will not be easy. It's a shame that Michael does not put the decals of the helmets on his sheets. From time to time I can find at 1/43 but especially in Formula 1. I will post the result. Jean

Hi friends, Here is an update on the helmet and the robby suit as well as a new paint on the rims. I find that the camera is much more than me with my glasses about the details ... What makes my eyes erase the flaws ... What a pity ... Thanks for looking. Jean
