Hello all, I am in dire need of a 1/25 scale resin body for the 1971 Johnny Lightening special. I have completed the 1970 car and now I need to do the 1971 car to finish out the 1971 to 1980 decade set. Someone was going to come out with a kit for this car, but nothing ever happened. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Wrencher.

I've been looking for the 70 and 71 cars for a long time too. I'd love to see someone reissue them

I have Bob Clidinst drawings of both the Johnny Lightning,and the team Samsonite car from 1971 in 1/25 scale.
I have almost all of Bob's drawings which I sell and the money goes to the Indianapolis 500 Oldtimers club in Bob's name. Which is the agreement I have with Bob's family.
The drawings are $5 each plus postage.

I thought that I'd heard that Rick Faeth had the masters to either the 70 or 71 or maybe both.
