The photo etch actually looks pretty good, I can not afford to have it professionally done so if I go this route I will have to learn to make my own photo etched parts.

I'd love to have a Blue Crown.
As far as the grill goes, make it easy on yourself and cast it in resin. Maybe include a "how to" to do it in wire as an option.

Hi Lance
On that grill problem. Could you Make a master outline out of sheet metal bent to shape and fitted to the car nose. Then
bend and solder the cross bars made of wire to the back of the out line and use this to be a master and pour the parts. I don't think a resin Grill would be as weak as a 3D molded one. You need to figure your time and material costs compared to the time to do the 3D work and having them made. You would also need to think about the complaints on broken small 3D parts as compared to possibly pouring and including 2 resin parts with the kit.
I know I would be in for at least 1 and maybe more.

I think I am leaning towards the photo etch process, there are several youtube videos on the subject. The biggest hurdle
at this point will be getting the artwork done. This could lend itself to the completion of more than a few cars, 46 Novi, 35 Miller, Cooper Offy, Pat Clancey spl. in addition to the Blue Crown.
