Al and Bob Chute were two brothers that lived in Cleveland, Ohio. They are better known as Air Racing photographers but both were avid fans of the Indy 500. From 1957 to 1966 they made the Annual trek to Indy to watch the 500 or qualifying or sometimes both. I have recently acquired much of their collection. Bob was primarily a movie photographer. Al was a still photographer. What follows are some of Al's images from race day in 1962. I hope you like them!
