I have found an Ampersand kit of the 1990 Lola T9000 - the Arie Luyendyk Indy 500 winning car. Unfortunately there are no instructions, and I can't quite figure out the correct placement of the suspension parts. I am hoping that somebody has one of these kits and could scan the instructions for me.

PS: In case you are wondering why ampersand doesn't have an Ampersand instruction sheet it is because this particular model was issued after I sold my masters and the rights to the name to a gentleman in the US!

its a different kit, and a different scale, but if all you need is to reference the suspension placement, couldn't you use the instruction sheet from AMT's Lola model and sort of dead-reckon from there?
