He's being secretive about his next work, other than to say it's a curbside. I expect this build to reach his usual high standards so from that point of view, I can't wait to see the finished product.
HOWEVER, I want to see what you guys think. This is strictly for fun as I don't want him to give away the secret until he's ready. And I don't want him influenced by us, not that that would happen.
Since I started this poll, I will abstain for now. Vote first, then write what you voted for.

You jerk. Now it's going to be all hyped up and everyone will just end up being disappointed in the end. GOr, there just may be an unexpected twist...

Oh, I fully expect this to be your best work ever (cough, cough. No added pressure). I thought we could have a little fun trying to guess what it will be. At this point only 2 people have voted so I have to think that I am more excited than anyone else. And actually, I hope for the "unexpected twist". You might have started a fun little game though. Anyone can say what they are building. It takes more discipline to keep it a secret. Then as the build prgresses we can take shots at what car it is.

Well, if he bought the decals from me, I'm still at a loss as I have a hard time correlating screen names to customer names.

I'll say it is the #70 John Andretti Lola T8800 (1989 Indy 500) Tuneup Master, Buick

I can't tell from the photo - is that dayglo red or red? It's flo. My photography skills rival my model building skills in mediocrity I guess. I'll try to convey it's the color more accurately in the finished photos. If anybody has any suggestions let me know. Thank you, G

If anybody has any suggestions let me know. Dayglo red is very hard to demonstrate in photos, more often than not it's going to look a bit more like a bright orange. Dayglo tends to pop best in dark, underexposed photos. A lot of it depends on the camera. The best advice I can give - in general, not specific to dayglo red - is don't shoot in harsh light. If you're shooting outdoors, shoot in the shade or on a cloudy day. Use a tripod and remote release (or timer). If you're using a light source, find a way to diffuse it (tissue, light tent, etc). My shots of the Penske front row - I just shot them outside on a cloudy day. Didn't bother setting up my light tent or anything. Also, make sure you understand how your white balance works on your camera.

I built this stock car a few months back which was flo pink and when I shot it indoors it came out red. I reshot it outside and it showed truer to the actual hue. Remembering that, I shot the Lola outside and no such luck. The photos of the finished model will be shot indoors.

I think it's the Hanna Autowash Andretti Lola because of the Black Suspension arms.
