John, I've really been thinking about it. It's not the resin parts that concerns me, as I've worked with resin After Market parts for years when building aircraft. it's the White Metal that really concerns me. Honestly, I'm not that confident that I can get the needed finish without destroying the parts.

Honestly, I'm not that confident that I can get the needed finish without destroying the parts. Joel White metal is hard to destroy unless you are heavy handed. Most just need a vinegar bath, priming, and a little cleanup. Not much different than resin, but yes you still need to wear a mask. The only real issues with it are long thin parts but they are easily bent back to shape. Just don't go too far. Resin on the other hand can be a nightmare to straighten.
