 The one on the right is Lance Sellers 64 Watson, the one on the left is the old AMT Watson with a nose job. Two of the best, Parnelli & AJ, those were some times! |

As for the decals.....he 1964 Winner decals came from Lance Sellers' excellent kit, which had a truly great sheet! The 1963 Winner is Fred Cady's Sheet, but Mike at Indycals has now, a far better sheet for the 1963 Winner. So good in fact, I just may do another 1963 Winner. I love that car!!!!

Hello everyone , just wanted to let you know that in addition to the Penske PC7 conversion , I will also have conversion kits for the AMT Watsons to do the 63 and 64 winners , these will have new wheels and tires , noses , winshields , oil tanks and tails .I will have a decal sheet for the 64 winner and Indycals has decals for the 63 and 64 cars and will have them for the Mears , Unser PC7'S. I have not come up with any pricing yet but hope to have these available by the end of March . Lance

Wow, that's great news, Lance! Glad I didn't sell off all my "worthless" AMT Watsons! Now if we could just get some castings for those gorgeous driver figures, we'd be set for life!

 Just another view of what we had before Lance did his conversion kits. The 63 is winner is not Lance's conversion kit. It's the old AMT kit with a nose job. The 64 Winner is or was Lance's excellent full kt before his conversion kit. I'm looking forward to building each again with Lance's kits. Should make the job a great deal easier and my bet is both will look better. Thanks Lance! Best to you all Russ |
