Despite engine cover fit issues, the final build is fantastic

Shane, I just got a chance to read through your entire build. Mighty impressive if I do say so. the corrections and adjustments to the engine cowling allowed it to seat a lot closer, and if one didn't know about that, it certainly wouldn't be a issue one would easily see when viewing your build. Love the paint job and the decaling.
Sure seems like you got the front suspension arms perfectly. I've never attempted either the removal nor replacing them. I'm assuming that you insert metal pins, and drill corresponding holes in the body. What type of glue do you use to mount the suspension arms? And my biggest question is: Just how hard is it for a rookie to get through?

With the suspension arms you are right with the ins, I actually just use a standard sewing pin and cut it into small sections. With getting older this is not easy in the poor old eyes now 😉 I use Suoer Glue to mount these as if I get it wrong I can put in the freezer and snap it apart to try again. It’s not that bad doing it, cut very close to the mounting pint on the plastic and then drill your hole while you can see where the suspension arms were, then sand it all down ad off you go.
