WOW! If I didn't know any better, I'd swear I was looking at the real thing! Those aftermarket hubs really dress it up nicely, as do the cockpit details. Great work on the sidepod striping, as well. Those look like they were quite a challenge to do but they came out beautifully.

Thanks Guys. The car changes colors like crazy depending on the lighting or if you are in the sun like the photo above. Just like the real car I guess!

Wow!When you first started on this project, I have to admit I had my doubts. I figured this was one car that would never be modeled. Wrong! What a great job!

Wow!When you first started on this project, I have to admit I had my doubts. I figured this was one car that would never be modeled. Wrong! What a great job! Gary I wondered how he would pull it off too..... But i also didn't want to bet against him ( so to speak). As i have mentioned, this place is LOADED with this kind of talent. Harveythedog is as good as there is, and after seeing his other work, i thought ( he is one thats capable of pulling this off) Well, he knocked it out of the park. ( nothing unusual) Only question?... how you could do the " chrome" look and make it look good. Well, he sure did. Car is SUPERB. The side pod stripes are just the cats meow. Anyone would be proud to add it to their collection. I know i would. Nice car. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks guys. I am blushing! I have had lots of support and help from all you guys in the past and especially Chris on this one with the paint and 3D stuff. Hope to have the car completed any day now with driver figure too.
Easy is boring but I feel I need an easy one next! LOL

I liked Jack before. After seeing his helmet, his stock just went up with me. Jack " gets it". Thanks for posting that pic.

Very nicely done! Every time I see a new picture of this, some new small detail catches my eye. Well done, Stu! Your hard work paid off on this one.
Now go do something easy like Dixon’s unsponsored car from before PNC came on board 😉

Awesome, Stu. Simply a great looking car. Very realistic and the figure takes it another notch up. Such a challenging color to get right and it really looks the part. I know you are probably happy to have this one behind you LOL

Just found your Die-cast conversion. Impressive work is putting it very mildly. And then the helmet just makes the whole build a modeling work of Art.
