Finally got these two off my workbench! Here are two additions to my ever-growing Newgarden Collection. The Devilbiss Car was a quickie conversion of a 2016 Montoya Devilbiss Car. Just hard to scratch of Montoya's name and replace it with Josef's. Had a little boo-boo with the shark fins. I tried to take a very small Penske 50th anniversary logo off without taking the Verizon logo off and ended up taking the paint all the way down to the black plastic. It took me a while to try to match the paint but I think this was as close I could get (it is a combination of Testors Orange and Testors Tangerine) The PPG Car was it's own separate beast. I've learned that I really stink at laying long decals. I ended up trying trim tape for the first time and was generally pleased with the results. The main challenge was getting the U-shape on the nose to lay properly. I ended up hooking it around the nose but it is still a little sensitive to movement if touched. Special thanks to Gary at GWS for all his help with these. Next up, converting a 2017 Montoya Fitzgerald car to a 2017 Newgarden and trying to finish a 2016 Fuzzy's Newgarden (more long decals....Yay! ) D9F70106-7E4A-4ED1-8CB4-E1A2B7F87355 F5752366-E64C-44D5-B4AD-9B9E299E6B76 1CAF617B-126E-4CBB-AF46-FDD1CF533E9D D9FFC4E0-16A8-469B-96AA-1F01116832FE7963C722-E813-45EE-A347-BD0BF6055C1D BD3B36EC-91C5-468A-A1EF-EBC5BFDE3159
