Like them or not, you have to respect them. They raise the bar in every series they compete in and continue to set the standard for professional execution. Congratulations!

Wish Mark Donohue was still with them/us to celebrate 200 wins. Miss that guy very much.
Rest in Peace Mark.

Congratulations to my all time favorite team for achieving 200 Indy car wins. For someone like me that has followed Team Penske since his days with Mark Donohue driving in the USRRC, I still find myself talking to friends about him. Mark was super fast in every series he drove in. Even in the Can AM driving a car that was never the equal to the current McLarens, he fought the good fight every single race.

Wow. Thanks for posting those graphics. Always great to see a picture of The Boss with Mark Donahue. The pictures of all those drivers brings back a lot of great memories. But Paul Tracy's picture just jumped out at me how much he changed as he aged. We all get old, believe me I only know all to well.

Wow... I guess what I find most staggering about those numbers is that in the decade with the MOST parity (the current one) - and thus in theory minimizing Penske's 'unfair advantage' that is by far their best decade to date (and it's still not over).

I think it comes down to more races and less attrition nowadays......a lot of races were won by just survival back in the good ol' days....

My thoughts were more races and Team Penske running more cars in these years, too. Plus, Chevy’s been the best engine to have overall in the DW12 era.

After yesterday's Nascar win for team Penske, they now have a Grand Total of 500 wins! amazing to say the least. Nobody else even comes close to what Team Penske has done.

Thanks so much for posting the link to that article. It was a great read for sure. Team Penske, and the Captain are my favorites by far. I 1st met Mr. Penske at Bridgehampton at the 1967 SCCA USRRC race, a day I'll never forget. 50 plus years & 500 wins later he's never lost his vision nor his drive. I sure hope that he's still active in the sport as he heads towards the 90 year mark.
