Saw them at IMS today. I can't much nice about them. They are rather crude. Like most of the model kits you folks modify, they are only a starting point. I don't see them selling well and I predict that prices will fall. If you are a skilled modeler, then you could work with them. As offered, they are certainly a big step down from the 1/18 Green Light series.

IMS's other problem is that they can't seem to get any more of the junk to stock their shelves. Production and delivery problems. They still don't have any of the '09 event cars. I'm not too enthused about them anyway. I'm going to wait for the fire sale as well, get a few and strip them. It would be nice to do some off paint jobs like the "DAFCA Special" and Conquests "Tutmobile" (Tagliani's ride that didn't qualify). Or for that matter, the Dad's Root Beer paint job on Rices, now Conways ride. (Though it's now Purex sponsored as the main sponsor).
