The manufacturer is Japanese, but I don't know anything else about the company. As far as I know this is their 1st product release. The parts look an awful lot like what you get in a Studio 27 kit.

I was told by a Japanese builder showing his progress on Instagram that it was produced by MFH.

Really well worked out set of parts. Just the painting/livery takes some work to keep a nice clean build.
