So Calvin announces he's working on Porsche 962 parts, Michael just happens to come out with 962 decals, Hmmmm... Just a coincidence, collusion perhaps? Leaked emails, a possible Russian connection... I wonder. Whatever went on I thank you guys! This is some cool stuff y'all have come up with.

I like it! I am now leaning toward the Camel 962 for my awful Tamiya kit. Well, I have two - one is saved for the very nice M&S Hobbies Lowenbrau conversion I picked up years ago.

This is all a wonderful surprise and I'm really looking forward to what's to come, and hoping more 956 stuff is in the works. I have a 1:43 Starter kit in the stash and if experience is any indication, by this point the kit decals are best left on the sheet (plus I'd really like to do a different car from the one the decals depict). Keep the good times rolling, Michael!

Sandy I've been interested in sportscar racing for the last 18 years. About 10 years ago I tried to convert a Tamiya 962 into an IMSA Lowenbrau Porsche but failed....then 5 years ago I had an idea to make a conversion kit for the Hasegawa but never attempted as there wasn't any good decal supplier, until one day about a month ago Michael woke up and became a sportscar fanatic....then I was like, FANTASTIC! and I started working on my 962 IMSA conversion. So basically it was a domino effect. |
