I'm pretty sure that was Testors Blue Angel Blue.
And I don't know why I always get those specks in the photos, must be reflection off dust or something. I can't see them in person.

In person is what counts! Can't believe I haven't built that one yet! I also built a Rislone as a kid, still have it, have Indycals for it, just need to get busy!

I have a couple of the Eagle kits, as well. I want to convert one to the Rislone Eagle, since all the ones I seem to find go out of my price range. I have a later Eagle turbo offy rear set up, and I would really like to join the two to make the Rislone winner. I already have the Indycals for it.

Hi ya Bill!
If you check back through this topic, you'll see I posted some information about Norm Vebber and his excellent conversion kit for the Gurney Eagle to turn it into the Rislone Eagle. It's cheap and Norm also has great ties to replace the bad ones in the kit! The conversions kit part number is RM - 76 and it used to cost $18.00......It's well worth it! Replicas & Miniatures address is, 317 Roosevelt Ave. S.W., Glen Burnie, MD, 21061
I hoped I helped...Best to you
Russ

I have been wanting one of those conversions too. Is there anywhere that explains which cars their Indy tires are for?
