1/10 DW12 model?

Saw Indycals had a 1/10 option listed for the 2017 Alonso decals, so it had me wondering, where does that scale exist?

1/10 is an RC scale which led me to this on eBay:

Judging from the other sheet available from Europe, the IndyCals sheet is exponentially more accurate.
