Nice build! Got to see the genuine car at the Lake Mirror show a year or so back. Took a bunch of photos then, and still have it on my to-build list! Solved the question of the carpet color!

Blue is correct. Some photos showed up a few years back of what was claimed to be "The Pace Car" with white carpeting, hence the doubt. I would assume "The Pace Car" was a parade car.

NICE! I love pace cars, especially the cars from after the war to the 70's. I would like to see more done here. Great build on this one. P.S. check out the Novi in the lower left of the first pic.
