LOL MY GOSH! I thought I got rid of Photobucket! I saved and deleted 99% of my pictures off there and tried to delete my account but never could figure it out without the page freezing or a popup add slowing me down, so I just logged off and for the time being, didn't get bullied from them anymore, but I got another email from them this morning saying I broke their rules....I wished I could tell them to buzz off and give them the finger.  FYI, if you want a REAL photo hosting site that doesn't bully you and best of all is FREE use imgur. |

Interesting. I think I might have a thread or two and a couple miscellaneous photos that I’ve posted that I haven’t replaced, but have never heard a word from them. I certainly don’t understand their end game.

I think their end game is to end their own game. Im just amazed they are still in business. They have been so dirty to their users.

What do PB mean by Hosting Images?
I was using another website at the time PB simply wiped out all the images uploaded to it via them.
The pics have been restored since but with a big grey watermark running through them. Rendered totally useless to see any details.

Imgur works well. Can upload on PC/Mac to website or on a phone/tablet from their app.

I didn’t know you could get the forum links to upload from the app! I always use the computer! Going to have to figure that out I guess.

Paul Erlendson At the bottom of the imgur page there is a line of text. It varies depending on the page, but it's always there in some form.
Click on "app". It'll tell you the rest.

Another viable option is flickr, but limited storage on a free account. Pro accounts are unlimited, it would cost me $84.00/yr Canadian so not a bad deal. I don't know what USD cost is. I don't use it much but the advantage is no compression of file sizes, so it's a good backup also. Easy to use too.
