Nice! I'm still amazed at the detail in those tiny little 1/43 cars!

Very nice work! An interesting story about the 58 Zink team that some may not know. None of the cars were driven in the 500 by the originally assigned driver. The #16 was intended to be driven by Pat Flaherty, but he failed the Speedway physical, so Jack Zink hired Jimmy Reece. A.J. Watson entered the #5 with Jud Larson as the driver, the #16 with Ed Elisian as the driver, and the #44 with Reece. But Zink had promised Reece a new car and he told Watson to put Reece in the #16. Larson hated pavement racing, so Watson moved him to the oldest car, the #44. Elisian was shuffled into the #5 by default. There are one or two photos in the Speedway archive showing the three cars with the original drivers. Just a little side note.

Nice team photo! All three look nicely done, Terry, thank you for sharing. It is interesting to see these cars since I think pink when I hear Zink!! lol Nice to see their other cars being built, too.
