McLaren MP 4/13 Launch Car Question

I've been off and on with the McLaren MP 4/13 for some time and in order to get it off the table so I can start a couple new builds (RHR's Reynard first off)I'm going to really get going on it.

I'm doing the launch version of David Coulthard's car and I can't fully tell about the black on the wings. Is it actually semi-gloss black, or is it carbon fiber? I'm pretty sure it's carbon fiber but I'm not sure enough to put money on it or paint to plastic. I appreciate any help you guys can give!

One that's on my list too! From the few photos I've been able to collect I believe the wings are painted. And from what I can see in them black would be to dark. I'm going with gun metal.

After refreshing my memory it looks like at least the inside of the endplates on the front wing is CF. Rest is a grey of some sort.
