Have browsed the Forum for awhile. You find me mostly over F1M, but felt like it would be fun to be apart of this here group. As you can tell from my handle, I like them F1 machines, and I like those Indy carts as well. Been a modeler pert near most of my life. Got hooked on F1 while stationed in Germany during the 70's. Tamiya was popping those suckers out back then. I stuck with 1:12 for most of this time, still have a stash of'em. But here lately, 1:20th has been my focus. Also,I search and if I see a really good buy.....MFH. They are pricey yes, but by the time you purchase that OOP kit, all the goodies to include a set of those wonderful decals from IndyCals......turned rims, etc. Heck you done spent what you already get in a MFH kit. Well except the decals. But my taste runs the gambit. Really like those 70's and 80's years cars, these newer fangled things don't do much for me. Any. glad to be here and look forward to playing with the Big Boys.....8) Rick

Welcome, it's great to have a new member from NASCAR country. When I lived near Charlotte, seems like nobody knew what an open wheel car even looked like.
