Ok here is one I haven’t seen posted. This is Mark Donohue’s 1972 Winner. It’s Bill Jorgensen Resin with a few scratch built parts and some leftovers from an old AMT McLaren. This was one of Bills early kits when he produced almost everything in white metal and resin. The upper A arms and some suspension bracing was all I had to come up with. Paint is plain old Testors blue, decals are Cady’s, gloss is Future.

I was 10 years old and remember waiting all day to watch that race. I was pulling for AJ that day, but seems like he had problems right at the start of the race. As the race got close to the end I remember pulling for the Mystery Eagle of Jerry Grant. Now I am glad that Donohoue won the race. That car has to be in the top 10 best looking winning cars ever. Great job Dr Dave, and hope to get one of those off ebay someday and I hope mine turns out as good as yours did.
