1979 Rick Mears Indy Winner 1:43 scale

I just finished probably the hardest model I have ever built in any scale. The kit fit well but a lot of small pieces (especially in the engine area).
This was my first Formula kit and it was fantastic. Just a lot of parts and not clear instructions. If you look closely you can see that I wired the engine, which was fun. Also special thanks to eajonesgue for his WIP of the same car in 1:25 scale. I used his pictures to help me through this build. I am missing a Penske decal in white that goes over the number but that will be fixed once I find the right decal.

I will fix the angle of the rear wing too. Just noticed how off center it is.

To me, any build in that scale would be the hardest build!
I think, with that scale, just your pulse would put things off-center (which I still can't see, even after you pointed it out).
