Ok, one of these days I'll learn how to take pictures, but today is not the day. This is the 2000 World Champion. 1/20 Tamiya kit, Tamiya paint, Future gloss, decals are from F1 Specialities to get those forbidden M@r1b0r0's.

Excellent looking car! How did the kit go together? Any problems or fit issues? Again, it's on my to-do list.

She's pretty. That was a great year to have a name that rhymed with Frumacher. lol So were there no tiny M@r1b0r0's for the nameplate by the airbox opening? Lazy decal guys!! lol jk
I always wanted to do the black nose F2001 from Monza as it was a classy 9-11 tribute IMHO.

The kit went together great, Tamiya's usual fine engineering. The only problem areas was my engine cover was slightly warped a little hot water and some gentle trwisting took care of that. I painted all the body silver, them white primer before either the red or the white. I had been told that the red plastic had a nasty habit of altering the true colors.

Great looking build, Dave.
The dye in the red plastic will usually bleed through paint as you well know! Another way to stop it is to spray a coat of Duplicolor Sealer first. Then you can go ahead with primer/paint. The sealer is not sandable I have found, it really gums up the sandpaper.
