The car is owned by Ray Boissoneau from NH. I just spoke with him at Indy and actually helped transfer this car from one trailer to another when he had a starter and trans put in it by Zakira's a few years back.
He owns several vintage cars that were restored by a friend of mine, Joe Fiore.
