So what? Hehe, this car caught me from the first time I saw it. So there I went. But Jorgensen's resin bodies were hard to come by on Ebay, so, wh not do it yourself? This work (as good old PJE knows) was started some years ago. I'd say in 2001 or so. And this is how far I went... Building technique has little mistery. 1mm (0,1") thick polistyrene, and here you go cutting and glueing. I used thinner as glue for more crispness and dimensional stability (thinner takes virtually no room). That's the undertray... And then you can see both parts' inner face. Some 2mm bulkhead for the body as you see. Thing is so old that the thinner has made the plastic yellow!! Now some sanding and smoothing of the left side edge that was still square... And this one is officially re-started. I thought for long about the possibility of a Reynard tub inside the sidepods, but finally I'll go for fully plastic made structure. Something that left me thinking was the choice of keeping the undertray apart, that for the double purpose of making it openable, and making easier the casting of parts. Yes: I need at least three or four. Then also the possibilit of engine cover being a loose part as there's the Mercedosaurus Indy Version and the Ilmor. OK, guys. Thanks for watching, soon more updates. J

Thanks Jordan! I remember you talked about this one back when I mentioned the 1/12 Indycar model. It was "in progress" at that moment. Result is great. Is there a site with the rest of the progress? Thanks J

Hi mates! Wuld someone happen to have a picture showing the PC23's(or 24 in any case) undertray, floor, bely or whatever we call it? Yes I do know the famous astonishing restoration trackforum thread, but I found no such picture there. Thanks in advance... ED: hmmm I think this link: customers.dtperformanceltd.co.uk/projects/67/penske-pc23/feed?page=4is more than useful, though an absolute underside view, would be awesome to help me fully understand the shape.

Thanks Michael, that's the point! Yes, with this and other pic, even if from above, I have a good overall idea of the shape now.
