Well, it's been a while for me as far as conversions since my Aleshin car. So I'm finally starting on a 2001 G-Force. I'm leaning towards a Casey Mears '01 Indy attempt with it. Definitely a simpler car to take apart besides the DW12! My only 'issue' was the rear wing, but my Dremel took care of that lol. My question is about striping. Is there decent (small) vinyl available for this?

I have had good luck with some 1/64" from Hobby Lobby. Jim

As someone who has done the Mears car before, IMO, it is much easier to just acquire the 2001 Al Unser Jr car and swap the sidepod & other decals versus a full repaint.

Pactra trim tape. I use it all the time. I use a trim tape sealer (kind of like a small iron) to seal them to car. Most of these are old and the adhesive needs a little help sticking. Be careful not to hold too long in one place will ruin paint. Trust me I've done it before lol. pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=111745207905&alt=web
