Just finished this up - a special request for the person who owns the actual car. AMT Lola T88 with my road course wings and 1989 winner decals + a few new ones for this specific car.

Great, Michael!!! This one was definitely faster than mine ;-) For the current ar owner? hmmmm... any chance we may get pics of the car? As I commented when starting mine, there's a strong lack of them. Particularly a good rear view of the engine cover/exhaust area. And again, excellent job!! Thanks for sharing.

He actually only provided one pic of the car in action from 1988. He is a very busy person and I didn't want to bother him when I felt I had enough to go by. The car actually had a quadruple element rear wing, but the owner decided not to have me draw one up and we just went with the triple element wing. Also I used the rear wing support from the AMT Cummins March kit.

Beautiful job Michael. My favorite color scheme on the T88. Is the windscreen trim painted on or have you created a new decal?

Fantastic as usual with your work, model and photo. Is the black surround on the windscreen a decal?

Man, it would have been cool to have gotten a different rear wing design out of this...
Still, this build is really stunning. The white chassis tray is unusual these days but that is right for this car, striking difference! Nice and tidy job, Michael. Where is the 1:1?

I still asking for tips to photograph models like you do. Indeed, these photos are top quality and will match the car very good.

He actually only provided one pic of the car in action from 1988. He is a very busy person and I didn't want to bother him when I felt I had enough to go by. I understand, what a pity! Thanks, though, Michael. I think the subject deserves an AMT Nice rendering!
