I've been tinkering with a couple projects, one is ready for paint and I'll post the results here shortly. While that is going on I've began work on Alberto Ascari's Ferrari 375 that he contested the Indianapolis 500 in 1952. This is one of my favorite cars to contest the 500-mile race and when Fernando Pinto recently released this car in kit form I knew I had to build it. Here's what I have so far, I've done some filling and sanding work and hopefully the end result will look like the car in the photo.

I will be watching this one very closely, Jerry. I have this kit, and I am super impressed with it. The wheels are fantastic.

Sandy Mine arrived after a couple of trips around the world. Nice kit, I may end up doing a different version, perhaps one thatdid not make the race.

Dang, thats a bummer. I hope it shows up safely and soon! Sandy Mine arrived after a couple of trips around the world. Nice kit, I may end up doing a different version, perhaps one thatdid not make the race. Thats good news it finally arrived. About four months ago I ordered FFP's Vanwall. For some still unknown reason it was returned to him. He contacted me and checked the address which was correct. He resent it and this time I got it. Thx for posting the neat article. Sandy
