The right front corner has been finished. I went with aluminum inserts and then scrapped the idea in favour of brass.

I like to paint whenever possible so I didn't use the body masks supplied. In this close up the paint still hasn't set so the orange peel is quite evident.

With the paint 100% dry and the decals (that I used) having been applied, the car is starting to take shape. Pick up points have been installed and I changed the colour of the roll over bar to yellow......they show and say black but that is incorrect.

Yes , the bonnet closes all the way I just didn't want to do it. Pain in the butt to get back off.

I really love the final result. This is really great craftsmanship. Nice to see it displayed so prominently. Thanks for sharing the build with us so we can marvel at all the work that went into this build.
