Very cool picture Lance. I think most of us on this forum would enjoy seeing more photos of your operation. Thanks!

This one was quite the challenge - drove Lance and myself nuts trying to find race-day images. Most race day images that are out there are post-crash.
I also have a George Snider #82 options as well - not on the website yet, but you can contact me if you want one until I get the page updated.

Wow, looking great! Is the red matched to Tamiya Bright Red like the Watson sheet?

makes me think about stocking up on the microsol… duane Solvaset - Microsol is about as effective as water on my decals

Wow, looking great! Is the red matched to Tamiya Bright Red like the Watson sheet? No. All the color photos I saw - which are EXCELLENT quality - the red looks a shade darker than tamiya red, so I went with that.

I found Apple Barrel Colors craft paint 20501 bright red to be a good match, dries flat but I cover everything with future.

I am having a really crappy time with this build, ruined the paint with a glue mishap and am now starting over. I am building two this time just in case and opted for a pearl white paint this time, just need the decals to show up and I can move ahead with the builds.

I guess things happen for a reason, Got the decals today from Michael and they look even better on the pearl white paint and I am hoping to do a better job on the decal application and be able to pass these tips on. While the nose, tail and side tank pose challenges, I think this is one of Michael's best sheets as the details are great and the blue stripes are really cool with the fade printed into them.

Nice. Was going to stop by on my way home from up North. Had a good time but it was also depressing. I didn't bring that kit with me so I just came on home.
get your phone fixed! Come over tomorrow.
