Does anyone have pictures of Bobby Rahal's Miller Lite car from the 1998 season? Preferably in R/C trim. I've got the Ricambi decals for it but I'm having trouble finding pics from that years car. Thanks.

This was a striking paint scheme that I remember well. Too bad that sponsorship is long gone. Jim

The Tamiya dark blue looked great for the first coat but didn't cover good enough. The second coat turned it almost black. I decided to try some navy blue (Krylon?) that I had and I think it turned out pretty good. I did get a little over spray on the front wing that I'll have to clean up.

Nice build! What did you start with, and what scale? --Frank

It started life as the 1/25 Shell Reynard. I had to modify the radiator exits on the side pods to get the right look.

Well done sir. Getting the right shade can be frustrating, this looks like you got it right.

Great looking Reynard. I like the mod-work on the radiator exits and fixing the seam line but the lower front suspension. How were the Ricambi decals after 15 plus years?

They were surprisingly easy to work with. Much easier than the Kanaan McDonald's decals that I messed up the stripes on. I'll have to find another set of those and start over.
