Love the detail work. Interested in seeing the body getting painted. I am sure you are devising a good plan already.

#12 Brakes Thanks to everybody! I've just painted the brake disks and did some CF work on the brake ducts. The engine was glued together and the gearbox airbrushed with a mixture of flat brown and cooper. The drive shafts got cut off and replaced by a piece of brass tube. The rear suspension is finished now, i've just need to find a way to install two additional oil collers for the two new naca ducts. This is how it looks right now: cu

#13 oil cooler, wheels, body Sorry for waiting so long, very busy in the moment... The car will be built curbside, but you can still see the back of the gearbox. So i had the make these 2 little oil cooler sitting behind the new naca ducts. The oil cooler are made from spare parts, the holder is a piece of paperclip. No big deal. I've slightly modified the kit rims and parts of the suspension, to use TopStudio wheel nuts instead those ugly screws that come with the kit. The whole in the rims and wheel hub is reamed to 2mm for that. The green decals are in place now. The body now needs a layer of clearcoat, so i can mask the green area and paint the back of the body yellow. Thats it for now.

They have I think three Lotus 107s at the Barber Museum, including a Zanardi car mounted on a wall right inside the door.
