Welcome Paper! Its great to have you here. This is the place to be for building Indycar models! What you did is AWESOME and actually way more difficult than what most would think at first! Like Stu said above this is a first!
What type of paper, glue, and paint do you use?

light weight Bristol cars stocl elmers yellow glue,, and testors model paint,, I go back and forth on enamels and arylics,, the cars are difficult but kinda of magic in a way,, they are sort of impressionistic more than realism. I never showed them publically until after the indy memorabilia show last year where one guy who had collected some told me they were a big hit,, I, do more photos if that all right,, they take 6 to 10 hrs,, most have 50 to 70 pieces of paper

Really impressive stuff, Paper. I would love to see a step, by step, WIP on how you do these.

Hey! Welcome to the forum! I bought some paper models a few years back from Russian guy! They are really masterpieces of engineering, with the seems all concealed, and looking for all the world like anything but paper. Great work, and I'm looking forward to seeing more! --Frank

These are amazing so that means you are too. Welcome to our wonderful world where all things Indy are loved. We try to pass the love around until we get to discussions about what colors cars really were. You seem to have no trouble with that. I love what you have done. I have used some card stock and wood on some of my models but they do not compare at all with what you have done. Thanks for sharing and we will be looking forward to me. Jim

I am deep impressed by your work, Tried it once and it's definitely not my cup of tea. Ever heard of Paul Bischof? Paul is an austrian student, startet as a child building paper models of F1 cars. Link to his blog: paulsf1.wordpress.com/In 2012 he finished the Red Bull RB7 in 1/10, made from around 6500(!) selfmade parts - all paper. Somehow, the guys of Infinity Red Bull Racing learned about this model and invited him to Great Britain to show this peace of art. They where so impressed of his work (an his ability to build all this just from photos and illustrations) that they gave him a half year practical training and then a job. He now works in the Red Bull factory as a 3D designer and is making aero parts for the Red Bull F1 cars. Link to the RB7 galerie @ modellboard.net: www.modellboard.net/index.php?topic=39671.0
