I bought this kit when it first came out. At that time car base colours where not easy to get at reasonable price, so I mixed my own with Auto Air pearls. It came very close. At the end when came time to apply the decals, I found that they were very bad and impossible to apply. So for many years I left it in his box almost completely done.
Lately I found another one on EBay at a good price. I though I could used the decals. Found out I could'nt remove the applied decals without damaging the paint. So I bought paint from Scale Finishes and painted the new body to be assembled it to the old frame...Well I again found the decals were **** . Even with 3 coats of Decal Bonder...
Sorry for the long story but I had to tell someone...
Now if anybody here could help, I am looking for a set of decals so I can finish this one. That's the fun of modeling...
