Nice!!! Just I'll go with my usual windshield assistance: you may remove it, the G92 didn't carry any ;-) what seems to be the undercut at the right is just the Indianapolis assymetrical head side rest. Nice car. I have seen too many with faulty front suspension, this one is great

Great memories, my first 500 to see in person.

Great looking car! I would like a kit of this car. How did you do it?

Very nice build. The Unser certainly were a major story at Indy for decades. It is fun to build cars from all of them. Jim

To answer Hubie's question, this was another of those kits that I have had for around for a long while. I believe that it was a Jorgensen kit originally. The decals were from Cady. The suspension, tires and wheels were from donor kits and wheel covers from our friend in Brazil. I don't know if Jorgensen will ever re-release this body, but maybe someone else will. I hope so. It's a part of Indy history that is important for a number of reasons. Wrencher.

I was a gopher "gofer"(go for this, go get that) on the second generation Galmer which was run by Burns Racing and driven by Dobson. It's a great story as we made the race with 13 laps of practice! One set of wheels! Those were the days. I had a blast.

Yes, not only it's correct like that but also looks soooo much better! I agree. Nice build, I have the same recipe. Jorg+Cady. But probably will use Mike's decals. Surely better. If anything, I'd say you've overlooked the lateral vertical fins that make the endplate role for the side flip ups. Not very vsisble on the car, as it follows the shape of flip ups, but was there... Yes, I am becoming a "corrector" hahahah!!! always nice to help
