Taking my "FastBodies" Lola, I thought I would tackle the Amway car. I always loved this livery. Scotty left us way too young, so this will be more a display piece on the track rather than a runner. I took these photos with different backgrounds as an experiment. Decals from Indycals. Body sits on a AFX Mega-G 1.7" slot car chassis. .

Terry,
Must have had a brain fart. What list was I suppose to get together for you?

One of best paint schemes in Indy history. Man, that thing always looked cool on-track.

That was one of the nicest paint schemes of all times. You could for sure see that car on the track at 200 mph. Scott was a real champion on and off the track. RIP Scott.

Thanks for the compliments. I use Testors Enamel. I brush paint all my cars as it is much easier to control the painted area with a brush over trying to mask for airbrushing. I use Model Masters waterbase gloss clear over the color. The water-base is very forgiving over the decals and it seems to self-level when drying.

Beautiful work! Nice to see such a realistic 1/64 scale slot car.
