I could have swore I saw someone post a template they used for the rear wing end fences and upper wing element but I could be wrong. Any help would be great!! Eric

Is this what you're looking for here? I offer Photo-etched endplates, but nothing for the upper wing element. Though let me do some digging and I can provide the dimensions that I use for the element.
