I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that Lance is re-issuing the 1970 Mongoose aka: "Silent majority special"

I know a lot of people dont get his email so here it is....

It was very close but the Mongoose is the winner, I will do the Mongoose after the Lotus 38 and plan to ship it sometime in May. I will plan to do the Cummins Diesel as a summer release.

The Cost for the Mongoose will be $115.00 U.S. and $125.00 Overseas, I am taking pre-orders for the Mongoose as of now. thanks, Lance

I think it was only offered once and I have never seen the kit itself so it would be hard to say if it can become a different version. It probably wouldn't be too much of a stretch to do the #12, but then again as I said, I have never seen how the kit goes together. Needless to say, I will get one.

My records show that two 1970 Mongoose cars ran in both the '70 and '71 races. In the '70 race, one of them was painted yellow, black and red. All the other cars had variations on the stars and stripes theme.

My check goes in the mail tomorrow.

Just another reminder that Lance is coming out with the 1970 Mongoose. ....this hasn't been available since the mid 90s.....at that time I was learning my abc's
